We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Melly.

Items that are unworn and in their original condition--with the manufacturer's hang tag, accompanied by the original sales receipt--may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. We will credit your original method of payment excluding shipping charges. Items may be returned for exchange or store credit for up to 14 days of your purchase. Purchases over 14 days and sale items are final sales.

Shipping

We offer free shipping of orders of $75.00 or more. A shipping fee of $9.99 will be added to orders less than $75.00.

All orders placed Monday-Thursday before 2 PM (EST) will begin processing and ship within 24 hours*, pending availability and credit card authorization. All orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday will begin processing, but not ship until the following Monday.

*Holidays excluded.

mellyonline.com will contact you with a follow-up email if, for some reason, the merchandise you have selected is currently out of stock or if additional identification is needed for credit authorization.

mellyonline.com uses UPS and USPS for delivery.

During checkout, you will have the option of choosing an expedited form of shipping quoted from original UPS shipping rates. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that will include the UPS tracking number for your package.

If you decide to refuse any shipments from mellyonline.com, you are responsible for both the original shipping cost incurred and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Tax

Minnesota customers will be charged sales tax as determined by Minnesota law.

Privacy

We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties.

When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.

To proceed to checkout, you must enter your e-mail address and create a password. The checkout process itself employs Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)* technology to ensure your safety.

Furthermore, only our store will have your information; other members of the Modern Retail community will not have access to your information unless you decide to shop with them.
